Katie Price spruces up her mucky mansion as she shows off lavish decor – including crystal lights and a huge portrait
KATIE Price has unveiled a dramatic makeover at her mucky mansion, with the £2 million home decked out with sparkly silver walls, glittering chandeliers and an enormous portrait of her alter-ego Jordan.
The 40-year-old star has done such a good job tidying the vast West Sussex pad, there’s not a mountain of clutter or piece of dirty furniture in sight, like the last time we got a peek inside.

Instead, visitors are greeted by silver sparkly wallpaper, crushed velvet furniture and gleaming clear surfaces.
In the kitchen, there’s a scrubbed-up kitchen table with six sparkly chairs neatly arranged around it.
Meanwhile, over in the lounge area, a set of luxurious sofas point towards a flatscreen telly above the fire and no fewer than two lavishly-decorated Christmas trees.
So that’s where the £6,000 Katie spend on Christmas decorations has gone.

Katie, famous for loving pink to the extent that all her vehicles are decked out in the same lurid colour, certainly seems to have a thing for silver, too.
Every wall is silver and even the Aga cooker, which is plastered with children’s stickers, has been painted to match.
By the door, a pile of vintage trunks are stacked up, while another room, also boasting silver wallpaper and a crushed velvet throne, features the Pricey portrait.
The vision of Katie from her early-20s heyday, when she was universally known as Jordan, has been painted by an artist.

Almost every room contains some kind of lavish light fitting, with one featuring spirals of cascading glass and another shining through an array of glittery balls.
It’s all a far cry from the tour of the house we got in November, when viewers of My Crazy Life watched, open-mouthed, as Katie opened the doors on the messy mansion.
She admitted: “With the traumatic events I’ve had over the summer, I’ve just let things go. And the poor Pricey mansion is one of them.
“My house is a bit of a reflection of my life, it was all sorted, and now it’s gone all messed up again.”

Referring to 16-year-old son Harvey, she added: “I’ve just got to clear out this whole house. It’s a new start for me and Mr Price.”
Katie has been flogging plenty of the clutter she’s cleared out online, selling her clothes on her ‘Katie’s closet’ eBay page even if – as The Sun revealed – it hasn’t always been a massive hit with bidders.
There were also reports that Katie let her dogs poo all over the floor of the home, with one visitor telling The Sun that it smelt “like a petting zoo”.
However, judging by our pictures, those days are over and the messy mansion is looking sensational – even if it did take Katie two months to clean.
Katie Price let cameras into the mayhem, admitting that the mess reflected her life.
