Ben Fogle spotted for the first time since getting kicked out of the BBC amid row with Five Live presenter Nihal Arthanayke
BEN Fogle has been spotted for the first time since he was was kicked out of the BBC by bouncers for ramping up a row over whether he “hates” Staffordshire Bull Terriers.
The 45-year-old adventurer failed to keep a low profile as he jumped out of his Land Rover Defender in central London.

Wearing jeans with a smart blue jacket and matching scarf, Ben looked strained as he ran errnads in the city.
On Monday, Radio 5 Live’s Nihal Arthanayke had claimed on his show that Ben had been unpleasant to his wife about the breed in a park.
Fuming Ben, 45, denied making the comments — or even ever being in the park — and vowed legal action over the “libellous accusation about a fictitious encounter”.
He turned up to BBC HQ in London on Tuesday to demand an on-air apology. But Nihal was 200 miles away in Salford, Gtr Manchester.

A source told The Sun: “Nihal told security to get rid of Ben straight away, much to Ben’s fury. It was all rather awkward.”
Ben returned to 5 Live later to appear on Tony Livesey’s show.

Nihal, 47, had claimed: “My wife was in Queen’s Park with our kids and our Staffie, and this fella, he goes up to his kid and says, ‘Don’t go up to that dog, they’re nasty dogs, they’re dangerous dogs.’” He hinted the man was Ben Fogle.
The breed won ITV’s Top 100 Dogs Live show — which was co-hosted by Ben on Tuesday night.
The BBC has axed Nihal’s comments from his podcast.

Nihal said: “Ben says it must be a case of mistaken identity. He wants us to make clear he loves Staffies.”
Ben explained on Twitter that he had never been to Queens Park and that he “loves” Staffies.
He also took aim at the BBC for broadcasting “unsubstantiated, untrue story without asking (for a comment from him).”
