“I remember having to carry sick bags with me everywhere and as soon as I got to the car park I’d be non stop throwing up.
“Scott would climb into bed with his Netflix with chicken soup and I would literally throw up at the smell.
“Hyperemesis is absolutely RUBBISH it makes you feel so miserable but you feel bad for complaining as you are so lucky to be expecting.
“At the time reaching 3 months pregnant feels an absolute lifetime away when you feel so weak and miserable and unable to do anything.”
Helen opened up in her blog post
The Corrie actress explained how she got through the sickness spells with box sets and support from her family.
She offered advice to expectant mothers with the same issue including drinking strawberry water and eating rice.

Hartson, who has battled betting demons, said he would be dead if he hadn’t kicked his habit seven years ago.
His wife Sarah, 44, handles all of the couple’s finances to avoid any temptation to place a wager.
He said: “It is not just stopping gambling, it is giving up your money and getting a loved one or a member of your family to look after your money that you earn.
“I have done 500 shows in the last seven years and I have not seen a penny because my wife looks after my affairs.

The footie hero, who also played for West Ham and Arsenal, said he hit rock bottom when Sarah threatened to walk out on him – and he wants to help other problem gamblers before they reach their lowest point.
Hartson also revealed how club gaffers across the country have asked him to help players who are struggling with gambling addiction.
He said: “I have been phoned up my Premier League managers in Scotland and England asking me to help their players.
“We all know some of the obvious ones.

“That makes me feel like people are trusting me and believing in me.
“But all I can do is talk to these players and offer to take the boy to a GA meeting.
“Then the rest is down to him.”
Hartson previously told how he racked up huge debts with bookies.
He said he once owed a bookmaker more than £300,000 and also had to borrow money from friends to feed his addiction.
