Scottish takeaway launches salt and chilli FRY UP complete with square sausage and tattie scones

Category : Fabulous , Food

A SCOTTISH takeaway have launched an UNBELIEVABLE concoction – ‘Salt and Chilli Square Sausage and Tattie Scone’.
Beith Palace in Ayrshire unveiled the cross between a fry up and a Chinese on Facebook last week.
The salt and chilli fry up divided opinion
Scots have developed a penchant for salt and chilli takeaways, while everyone knows about our love for fry ups, so on paper it should work.
But social media is divided – with some reckoning it’s a match made in heaven and others not so keen.
Revealing the product at just £4.50 a pop, the restaurant racked up more than 400 shares, 200 likes and more than 800 comments on their post.
But it wasn’t all positive and opinion appeared to be split right down the middle.
Beith Palace launched it on their Facebook
Some appeared to be drooling over the very thought.
Lakisha Aitken tagged a pal and said: “OMG next time you’re home we should go a trip to get this. Would be well good.”

Pitfalls of ‘cheating’ on your local Chinese takeaway sparks hilarious discussion on Scottish Twitter

Lauren Gaitens did the same and added: “Ok this is the first thing we’re making when I’m home.”
Chrisy Hughes wrote: “How bangin does this look man.”
Jon Jardine added: “This is a game changer.”

But not everyone was taken with it.
Declan Quinn said: “See the amount of people in the comments that actually like this. Bunch of moonfruits.”
Neil Brackenridge said: “Right too far man, next it’ll be salt and chilli everything.”

While Lucy Cree said: “No into this salt and chilli fry up.”
We told earlier how a Scot went viral after discussing the pitfalls of ‘cheating’ on your local Chinese takeaway.
And a West Lothian chippy had a similar split reaction when they launched a chips and cheese pizza.
