Scottish Cup fourth round draw 2019 – Celtic vs Airdrie, Cowdenbeath vs Rangers and Hearts vs Livingston among the ties

THE draw has been made for the Scottish Cup fourth round with holders Celtic paired against Airdrie.
The Hoops will face the League One side as they kick off the defence of the trophy that completed last season’s remarkable Double Treble.

Steven Gerrard’s Rangers were handed an away tie against Cowdenbeath while Hearts-Livingston and St Johnstone-Hamilton make up the all-Premiership matches.
Elsewhere, Hibs take on Elgin City at home, Kilmarnock host Forfar and Aberdeen take on Stenhousemuir.
The ties will be played on Saturday January 19 and Sunday January 20.

MORTON’S dispute with Falkirk over Ray McKinnon’s appointment will go to an independent hearing.
The Bairns boss quit Cappielow in controversial circumstances in late August – leading to a massive row.

Ton chiefs reported Falkirk for their conduct and a notice of complaint has been issued – prior to a hearing later this year.
An SPFL statement said: “A hearing of the complaint before an SPFL board sub-committee, chaired by an experienced independent solicitor with relevant expertise, will now be convened.”

A Falkirk statement said: “We acknowledge the decision by the SPFL board to take Greenock Morton’s complaint against the club to a hearing.
