The plush restaurant is already a firm favourite as a celeb hot-spot, but now guests are able to enjoy a taste of Italy from inside an intimate new bar.
And determined not to miss out on the latest place-to-be, famous faces have been heading there to find out their favourite fizz.
Piccolino, Mayfair, is located just a stone’s-throw from the buzz of Piccadilly Circus, on the quieter cobbles of Heddon Street.
Designed on a grand scale, the Prosecco Bar oozes style, boasting a central island bar with gold detailing and dimly-lit booths.

Keen to make sure guests find their perfect prosecco, Piccolino’s head sommelier takes them on a journey through the country with an exclusive selection of iconic bottles from family-owned producers including Andreola and Terre di San Venanzio.
A selection of the finest bottles can be enjoyed during the masterclass, which is available for groups of six to 20, from £20 per person.
But if prosecco’s still not for you, the modern bar also serves traditional Italian cocktails, including a Bellini, Spritz and Negroni and an all-Italian gin and tonic section.
And for those who get peckish after a tipple or two, complimentary cicchetti, including Parma ham, olives and pizzette to name just a few, are available to all who enjoy a drink.
The Prosecco Bar by Piccolino
GUESTS of the modern new bar can expect to be taken on a journey through Italy.
The very best selection of the finest bottles can be enjoyed during a Prosecco masterclass, hosted by Piccolino’s head sommelier and available for groups of six to 20, from £20 per person.
Trying Prosecco from each region, the masterclass is the perfect way to find your favourite.
The Prosecco Bar by Piccolino is also available for private hire and is the perfect space to host a special party.
Specially curated by Piccolino’s experienced wine team, the Prosecco list has been formed following a tour of the Veneto region to find the perfect small and sustainable producers. All are exclusive to Piccolino.
Glasses range from £6 – £9, bottles available from £25.
Stand out bottles include the Superiore DOCG Brut from Terre Di San Venanzio (£30), a refined yet delicate Prosecco produced between the towns of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene – an area renowned for producing the very highest quality Brut.
Another choice of note is the Cartizze DOCG Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut, by Terre Di San Venanzio (£35), one of the most difficult to create due to its harvest’s location being amongst steep hills.
A favourite fizz amongst Italians is Franciacorta, Italy’s best kept sparkling wine secret, and the Prosecco Bar has the finest selection from family run producer, Ferghettina.
Made in the same vein as Champagne, Franciacorta is seen as better in terms of complexity and is made in a more suitable climate. Try the Franciacorta Rose 2014 Brut, for a fresh taste with sweet notes of berries.
Already known for being somewhere to indulge in authentic, Italian food, its brand new and exclusive prosecco bar gives guests another reason to celebrate.
The venue is open seven days a week, 12–11pm Monday to Wednesday, 12– 12pm Thursday to Saturday with the Prosecco Bar open till 1am and 12–10.30pm on Sunday.
