Best horse racing tips for today’s action at Newbury, Lingfield, Doncaster and Newcastle from Tom Bull

Category : Horse Racing

IT’S not been a bad week by any means and I reckon I’ve got a few more winners up my sleeve as the caravan rolls on to Newbury.
The incoming rain will be a nice tonic to a few of my selections, though let’s hope it doesn’t pour too much before Prestbury in a couple of weeks!

Newbury
3.25 Emitom – Warren Greatrex’s potential superstar comes here rather than taking on the big guns a the Cheltenham Festival.
You can understand the trainer wanting to take his time with the son of Gold Well – he’s looked very useful on all four starts thus far and is still a big baby.
The rainfall will more of an advantage than a hindrance and on all form so far he’s the one to beat.
His November thrashing of Lisnagar Oscar now looks very strong and although he has to give weight away, so does his main rival.
He can take another step up the ladder here.

Lingfield
2.30 Shake Me Handy – Produced a lovely performance on his second outing, just going down to a smart one.
He finished five lengths clear of the third that day and must have a big run in him returned to this course and distance.
Adam Kirby gets the leg up and he can see off main rival Tiger Eye, who has to give weight away.

Bully's Friday Bankers

2.30 Lingfield – Shake Me Handy
3.15 Doncaster – Away For Slates
3.25 Newbury – Emitom
7.30 Newcastle – Solar Park

Doncaster
3.15 Away For Slates – Comes into this race in top form, having won his latest start in fine style.
He carries a 7lb penalty for that success but should have more to come under these conditions on just his third start over fences.
His three rivals aren’t in great nick and this should be his for the taking.

STRIKE ACTION Arc could be hit by three days of boycotts over poor prize-money

Newcastle
7.30 Solar Park – James Tate’s colt has the look of a real improver, having won his maiden last time by 13 lengths.
That was obviously a weak race but he was visually quite impressive and there’s definitely more to come from him before the end of the winter.
The drop back to six worked well recently and keeping him at that distance could unlock further improvement.

Married teacher, 28, got pupil to stand guard at classroom door as she had sex with classmate, 13 after sending him X-rated texts’

Category : News , World News

A MARRIED teacher romped with a 13-year-old pupil in her classroom and got another student to stand guard at a classroom door, police say.
Details of the alleged affair between Brittany Zamora, 28, and the boy were recently recorded in interviews and released by police.
Brittany Zamora, now 28, allegedly romped with a pupil as another student watched
Goodyear Police Department Police released evidence appearing to show Zamora engaging in sordid chats with her teen ‘victim’[/caption]
The student who kept guard at the classroom door was told he had to keep quiet about what he saw, the Arizona Republic reports.
He told cops: “I was one of the witnesses, one of the people that saw Ms Zamora and my friend…touch each other.”
He added: “It’s, like weird how a 27-year-old can, like, love a 13-year-old and do stuff. It’s just crazy.
“She’s not a good person.”
He also said Zamora asked about his genitalia one day in school, 12 News reports.
He said: “Ms Zamora asked if my thing was, um… uncircumcised or circumcised, and I didn’t know what that means, so Ms Zamora went on her phone and looked up uncircumcised and circumcised.”
The student was asked to stand guard again at the door the next day, but declined.

Newly released evidence obtained by detectives show Brittany Zamora also appeared to swap raunchy x-rated texts on the messaging app called Classcraft with the teen who she taught at Las Brisas Academy in Goodyear, Arizona.
And they allegedly groped each other during class while other pupils were distracted with a video.
Zamora faces ten counts of sexual misconduct with a minor and two counts of molestation – which she denies.
The teacher, now 28, was arrested in March last year after her alleged victim’s horrified parents found nude images and explicit material on his phone.
Now, it has emerged that one of her alleged sordid trysts with the child took place in her classroom – as another boy watched.
AZ Central also reports that the pair sexually touched each other while oblivious students watched a video, police records show.
SORDID TEXTS
It is one of numerous seedy encounters between Zamora and the teenager, according to video, police interviews and footage of Zamora’s arrest obtained by the newspaper.
One photo allegedly shows a photo of the boy’s phone with messages between himself and the teacher.
Under the name “mrs.zamora_”, she appears to write: “Aww baby – I wish you were with me” – before sending a mystery video clip.
Another message reads: “I want you too baby so bad! Whenever we can you know I’m down” with a love heart emoji.
A third adds: “Like you for real get sexier to me every day lol.”
Police also photographed dozens of what they alleged were love notes swapped between Zamora and the teen – who cannot be named for legal reasons.
‘GROOMED’ ON SCHOOL APP
Zamora allegedly first began grooming the boy through her school’s own social media app.
She used a programme called Classcraft to talk to students outside of school – including her supposed victim.
Zamora, who started at the school a year before the allegations emerged, allegedly had sex with the teen at least four times between February 1 and March 8 last year.
In one instance she is alleged to have performed a sex act on him in her car – and again in a classroom.
On another occasion the boy claims she contacted him at midnight and drove to his grandparents’ house so he could sneak out to be with her.

If I could quit my job and (have sex with) you all day long, I would

Brittany Zamoraalleged text to 13-year-old boy

After one supposed tryst, the boy is said to have messaged her asking to sleep with her again.
Zamora allegedly responded: “I know baby! I want you every day with no time limit… If I could quit my job and (have sex with) you all day long, I would.”
The boy’s distraught parents are suing Liberty Elementary School District claiming that school authorities did not do enough to protect their son.

Mothercare’s ad praised for showing post-birth mums with pillowy bellies, stretch marks and swollen boobs

Category : Fabulous , Parenting , Pregnancy

MOTHERCARE has been praised for its latest campaign which shows new mums with their natural post-natal bodies.
Swollen boobs, stretch marks and soft bellies are pride of place in the new Body Proud Mums campaign, which includes 10 images that will be promoted across London tube stations.

Staggeringly, over a half of new mums admit to not being proud of their bodies after giving birth, according to new research by Mothercare.
The campaign definitely comes at an important time, with over 80 per cent of UK mums saying they compare their post-birth pictures to unrealistic images online.
And over a quarter of those surveyed admitted they feel pressure from the media to look a certain way after pregnancy.
The problem isn’t just limited to mums, with 90 per cent of women aged 18-25 saying they expect their bodies to match up to celebrities and those on social media.

Over half of new mums (51 per cent) say they use filters when posting online to conceal parts of their bodies they don’t like.
Meanwhile, 61 per cent of mums say they feel their true pre and post-natal experiences are not properly reflected in the media.
Linda Papadopulous, psychologist and author, praised the campaign.
She said: “The way we see and value our appearance, our ‘body image’ can significantly affect our thoughts, feelings, behaviours and overall quality of life.
“This campaign hopes to reduce some of the pressures that new mums may be feeling by celebrating the body changes that come with motherhood rather than trying to edit them out.

“Very often, we end up showing compassion to others that we simply can’t show to ourselves when it comes to how we feel about our bodies.”
Photographer Sophie Mayanne, who pledged in 2017 to never digitally manipulate skin in her work, shot the campaign.
Sophie said: “The aim is for mums of all shapes and sizes to be able to identify with these photos in one way or another, and to feel more confident with their imperfections.”
